- (d) Stripe: our payment processor collects and processes payment information (credit card details, billing address) directly on its own secure servers for the purpose of processing transactions. We do not store full payment card details on our systems;
- (e) Lumio Chat (powered by OpenAI): our chat feature collects the content of your chat messages, your name (if provided), and technical data for the purpose of providing real-time support. Chat messages may be processed by artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not use chat data for advertising purposes;
- (f) Mailgun: our email service provider processes your email address and name for the purpose of sending transactional emails, service notifications, and marketing communications (where you have consented).
We may from time to time integrate additional analytics, advertising, communication, or operational tools into the Website.
