The Wheel of Fortune is a spin feature where every spin wins. Players unlock a spin by making a deposit, and the size of that deposit sets the size of the prize they are spinning for. There are no losing outcomes, so a deposit always ends in a reward.

What is the Wheel of Fortune?

It is a spin mechanic that gives the player a prize on every spin. The design is simple on purpose: the player spins, the wheel lands, the player wins something. It is simple, visual and immediately rewarding.

The spin is earned, not handed out. The player unlocks the Wheel by making a deposit, and the reward scales with the value of that deposit. Deposit more, spin for more.

How does a player get a spin?

By making a deposit. That is the entry route: the deposit unlocks the spin, and the bigger the deposit, the bigger the prize on offer. The player then spins and always wins.

A Wheel Spin can also be granted as a reward by other features (see Challenge and Calendar). Those are examples, not a complete list.

What can the Wheel give away?

Any platform reward type. Casino free spins, sports free bets, loyalty points, cash and more can all sit on the wheel. Because the Wheel can award loyalty points, it connects to the Loyalty system.

Every three successive spins, a Wheel Power activates. A Wheel Power is a one-time modifier: a multiplier, a re-spin, an upgrade. It enhances the prize and adds a layer of excitement.

New prize types and visual skins can be added quickly.

Do all your players see the same wheel?

No. Prize composition and probability weightings are configurable per player segment, so different players can see different wheels. Regular, high-value and VIP players, for example, can each spin a wheel calibrated to their tier.

Why does this matter to you as an Owner?

Because the spin is unlocked by a deposit and the reward scales with it, every deposit becomes an event with a visible upside. And because every spin wins, the experience is always positive.

That recurring touchpoint keeps your brand top of mind and gives the deposit moment a celebratory shape. The visual, animated experience becomes part of the player's routine.

What does Lumio do with the Wheel?

Lumio calibrates the Wheel's prize composition and probability weightings per player segment.

Lumio also monitors spin participation to detect when the Wheel is losing its habit-forming pull, and presents you with promotion options: refreshing the prize pool for habituated players, or a limited-time Wheel Power boost tied to a seasonal campaign, for example. You can read more on the Lumio page.

What do Plus, Pro and Ultra include?

Each tier unlocks a slice of the full Wheel capability.

TierWhat it unlocks
PlusSegment-calibrated wheels: multiple wheel configurations targeting different player commercial segments, so regular, high-value and VIP players each see a wheel calibrated to their tier.
ProEverything in Plus, and a $10,000 Jackpot Slice as a possible outcome on every spin.
UltraEverything in Plus, and 3 slices of a $15,000 Jackpot distributed across the prize pool, raising the frequency of top-tier wins.

Full commercial tier detail is on the pricing page, and the Wheel sits alongside the rest of the engagement tools.

What is the Wheel of Fortune not?

The Wheel is a spin-for-a-prize mechanic. It is not a day-by-day reward schedule (see the Calendar) and not a jackpot pool (see Meta Jackpot), even though its Pro and Ultra tiers include jackpot slices.
